From the Thampanoor central railway station take the first exit to Thycadu – Karamana road .Turn right to stay on Thampanoor Flyover.Turn left at ChenthittaJct .Pass by Sree Narmadeswara Siva Temple (on the right). At KillippalamJct, take the 1st exit on to NH 66 ,Pass by Sub Registrar Office Chalai (on the left) and PRS HOSPITAL on the right. Continue on this road , in 400 meters you cross the Vandithadam petrolpump jn .Continue in the same road for 950 meters . Now you see the CGO complex board on the right side , 50 meters from there you reach a small junction ,there take the slight right turn. This is the KS road ,(kunnumpara subramaniyan kovil road). Continue this road for 130 meters then again turn right go for 75 meters , on the right side is ARSHA AYURVEDA HOSPITAL continue for 20 meters then again turn right , our DhyanaKendra is 75 meters ahead straight.
